Powers and Abilities:  Master of advanced weaponry, armory and vehicles.  Trained helicopter, jet fighter pilot, Ex- U.S. Navy S.E.A.L., trained in counter terrorism, Apache knife fighting and various other martial arts.

Origin:  Kicked out of school for fighting and bullying other kids, he was shipped off to military school by his parents.  It was here that Chuck found his niche.  He was the youngest person to ever qualify and pass the U.S. Navy S.E.A.L. program.  He also holds the record for most confirmed kills and fastest dishonorable discharge for such a high ranking naval officer.  His brutality and impulsive, yet effective nature became too much for the Navy to deal with.  The collateral damage was staggering and the diplomatic fallout was an embarrassment.   After a stint as an officer of the law with Chicago Police, he found himself in a similar predicament.  After many complaints of brutality and unnecessary force, Chuck was forced to quit police work.  He now is a mercenary known to do work for multiple governments that uses his skills for high risk and reward.
