Origin: All of the soldiers in The Cardinal Program have a unique natural and synthetic genetic make-up that has been harnessed for over a century. Each soldier is taught to be obedient and fearless. The Temple came up with a brilliant plan to build their soldiers from the ground up. The soldiers are trained harder and in more controlled environments than in any army in history. They are then injected with a controlled steroid that enhances their strength and healing factor. The soldiers were not only effective and subservient, but also had a kill switch implanted in their bodies to regulate and ensure ultimate discipline. Every once in awhile a solider would test above and beyond the normal standard requirements and this special soldier would join on as a member of the KCC and accompany strike teams on special missions. Most recently, Agent JJ495M fit the bill.
